The Employee Resource Fair will once again host a shredding event, with two shredding trucks on campus from 12-2 on Tuesday, October 11.

A Recall paper shredding truck will be located on the walkway between College Hall and the Fisher Fine Arts Library, and a Gigabiter digital/electronic media shredding truck will be stationed outside of Williams Hall on Spruce Street.

If you have overflowing shredding bins, or boxes stacked up with unneeded old documents, here is your chance to clean that stuff out! To find out whether it's okay to shred something you're not sure about, you can check out our Shredding Stuff page or the University's document retention schedule for more information.

Unfortunately at this event we cannot accept University–owned hard drives, flash drives, or other electronic media. Only personally–owned media can be shredded. If you have a hard drive or other electronic media that has Penn data or research data that you want to securely destroy, please contact your LSP.

Personally-owned paper is also welcome, so whatever you can bring to campus, you can shred!
